Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Sold me a tire with nail in it to replace a tire that was non-fixable. On the way from Okc to Norman, tire pressure light came on. He said I needed to turn around and bring it back to fix. No money back, sold as is. I paid them $50 for tire with a nail. Yeah, Iβll turn around and drive on itβ¦.ok. I feel so taken advantage of.

I've been going to Tom's Tire's on NE 23rd Street for years. Today I went to check out a tire that might need replacement. Apparently Tom's has hired a nit wit that doesn't care about the customers. He said exactly those words "I don't care". So I will not be getting my tires from that store ever again. Rude, disrespectful you should be ashamed of yourself. I highly suggest finding someone who cares because Tom's doesn't.
